Great pastries, amazing cakes, prices are not too bad!

This pastry shop is does very good business and has been around for a while. It's on a nice little strip in Arlington, very close to everthing. They mostly have regular 3-tier round cakes in a very wide variety of flavors, but they also have several different pastries and mini-cakes. They also do wedding cakes, and I have also ordered custom sheet cakes from them. All you do is pick a flavor and/or design of something they already have, and you can talk to the baker to change it around a bit so that it fits your needs perfectly. I have had some delicious chocolate cake there, and I used a sheet cake of their vanilla buttercake with fruit topping for a party I had. It was sooo delicious, very moist, soft, and full of fruit. The guests loved it! Their prices are very reasonable for the area they are in, there is cheaper cakes, but usually not as good. I would definitely reccomend them for any occassion.
worth a trip to the gym

Randolph's pastries are heavenly. From cookies to apple turnovers to bread, everything is made on the premises. Every bite is worth an extra trip to the gym! They take special orders for holiday pies, breads and gift baskets. Parking is a hassle, but there's a (free!) lot behind the shop as well as on-street parking.
